1. 进入Azure门户?您的应用程序服务?设置?配置?应用程序设置。
2. 在应用程序设置：WEBSITE_WEBDEPLOY_USE_SCM下添加新设置，并将值设置为false。将“部署插槽设置”留空。别忘了点击保存。
